  9/12/18 – Considering different mortgage lenders and FHA vs Conventional
  9/17/18 – Lot staked
  9/20/18 – Groundbreaking
                     Compared lenders and proceeding with conventional loan
  9/25/18 – Footings poured
  9/28/18 – Basement walls poured
                     Locked 90-day mortgage rate with NVR
10/02/18 – external waterproofing installed
10/03/18 – ~ lumber delivered, basement steel installed
10/05/18 – ~ house backfilled, under-slab plumbing installed
10/12/18 – Exterior framing completed, interior framing in progress
10/19/18 – finished framing, started roofing, heating, electric, and plumbing
10/24/18 – Inspections are done
10/25/18 – Pre-drywall Meeting
10/26/18 – Insulated completed
11/09/18 – Drywall completed and first coat of paint, started flooring
11/16/18 – installed trim and completed electric and plumbing finishes
